Does Uber eats code as a restaurant purchase with this card?

I've not used Costco for Uber Eats, but when I put it on Prestige (for a retention bonus) it coded as

"Other Travel - TAXICAB/LIMOUSINE"

~~I'd say the odds are good. You can presumably test it out with one small-ish purchase before any major orders.~~

Reviewing the Costco card term, "travel" is only a moderately broad category:

3% cash back on restaurant (including cafes, bars, lounges and fast food restaurants) and eligible travel purchases worldwide, including airfare, hotels, car rentals, travel agencies, cruise lines and Costco Travel.

Certain Non–Qualifying Purchases. You will only earn 1%, not 3%, for purchases made at bakeries and certain restaurants/cafes inside department stores, grocery or warehouse clubs.

So no mention of taxis or rideshares.

Sorry it didn't work out OP and thanks for the DP. If you're interested in another restaurant card the Uber visa itself codes UberEats as a 4% for dining purposes.

It counts as travel on CSR.
