Went online and requested via the love button yesterday a CLI from $500 to $1500. Logged in today and it is now at $1500. The card was a 99/500 that graduated in September. Had requested a CLI then and they said nope. Brought down utilization some and gve it a show and it paid off. Also requested a CLI for DW from $1000 to $1500 and so far...nothing. FYI, my overall util is at 50% and the card had a balance of $400.

v. cool congrats! i recently squeezed out a instant 300 cli on a boa platinum plus world points 3k to 3.3k just days after my balance lowered to 900 and overall reporting uti was relatively high -over 30 % (i have been rather lackadaisical about playing the uti game to greater score affect of late, though not letting actual balances remain over 30 for more than a couple of months max or i get the jitters.) they just raised my rate from 6.34 to 11.24 which for me is good as a disincentive not to revert to my former balance carrying ways.

unlike amex, boa has somehow kept me feeling like they are not completely disregarding my efforts and that's enough for me. my guess is you can position yuorself for another nice bump in a few months.

Congrats! Getting a CLI during these economic times is a big deal. They're not handing them out like candy anymore, that's for sure.

Congrats! I wonder if I should ask them for a CLI next month. My current CL is $4,500 and my last CLI was in November and I'm worried about them reducing my current CL.

I so want to push the luv button but am afraid of attracting negative attention from them... who knows, they might CLD me as I recently paid off my CC (had a 3650 balance/ 4000 CL) so I am going to lay low...

CONGRATS!!!

I'm really glad to hear that BoA is still giving consideration to CLIing, and not just in CLD mode. I know that a lot of people think that they've gone "Zombie", but I think that they're just adjusting and readjusting to the new financial landscape. I think that we're all going to be on a rollercoaster ride with (almost) all lenders, seeing some luv & AA alike before it's all said and done.

Nice increase. Hopefully your DW will get to share in the luv.

Congrats hualing!! BofA just hiked up my 5yr fixed-rate of 5.9% to 13.9%...they are not in my good graces anymore, lol...never late and no FICO hiccups...oh well...I'm happy they are lovin' you right now!! Again, congrats!
