There is several post here about CLI looks like at the 4 month mark.. Search for Jc Penny CLI and that will turn up a ton of info for you...

Well I took the plunge and requested a CLI. I received a CLI of 800 bucks making my total CLI 1800! I am so stoked. Lower uti here I come. thanks dP

DH opened an account last Oct. We never charged more than $300 and paid about the minimum pymts. He got an auto CLI from $500 to $1000. Go figure.

JC Penney (and any GEMB card in my experience as I also have a Wal-Mart card) religiously grant CLIs every 4 months. I have yet to recieve a hard or soft pull from them with either account.
