Will BOA do PC from World Rewards MC to Cash Rewards MC? Will they do HP? I don't want PC if they do HP.

They should be able to PC that product into the Cash Rewards. There is no HP to PC. You can contact them via phone or chat to see if the account is eligible.

Just to note, the PC process can take anywhere from a couple weeks to ~30 days.

My personal experience has been 5 weeks for a PC, and another one took almost 7 weeks till I had the new card. Both done earlier this year. BofA must be THE slowest PCer in the world. I'm not sure if it would've taken longer had I not called weekly to annoy them.

Thank you for the information. I logged into my BOA account and clicked contact us and chose credit card from drop down menu, but it says that chat is not available for this topic. Guess I have to telephone.

I haven't seen the live chat option for months. I don't know what's going on over there but live chat used to be very convenient. Now it's impossible to access live chat. I had to be on hold for over an hour to get my card PC'ed last month and it took like 2 weeks to get it done.

I had my Platinum Plus MC PCed over to the Cash Rewards back in March. Couldn't do it in chat, had to call, but then it took a few weeks for the change to actually take place. Not sure why it takes so long, it should just be a couple clicks, and done.

Anyway, it can be done... you just have to call and then be patient...

No HP either for me.
