IHG Missing From Chase's Website

I was looking at Chase's website today and I noticed that the IHG card was missing from the "All Cards" section of Chase's website.

Searching around on the internet I also noticed there is a new sign up promo for 100,000 points after spending $3,000.

Any speculation as to why the IHG card would be missing from the "All Cards" section?

I see a link for 100k Premier on the IHG homepage.

I noticed that either yesterday or Tuesday myself. I did not see the 100K bonus, though. It was still 80,000 when I found the webpage via Google.
