I called to move to the new SW Priority Rewards and she said my account is not eligible for a product change. Any idea on the rules? I got my Premier card Dec '17. I have several cards with Chase, all in good standing.

That rule may not apply to all Chase cards, though. It may apply to cards that don't have an AF or an AF lower than the card you're trying to PC to because of the CARD Act.
I PCed my FU to the Freedom last week, and the FU was only open since the beginning of this year.

OP, there may be some exceptions, but since you're getting close to the 12 month timeframe, you can check periodically to see whether your account can be upgraded to the newer SW product.

Some folks have reported this being doable for SW cards less than 12 months via targeted email or snail mail offers or even by calling in to determine whether their account meets the PC criteria. So check within the next couple months.

Chase's policy is exactly one year to product change to a card with a higher AF. I called today and have to wait until 8.22.18 to request a change.
