Anyone have this card? Is it one of your daily card? My biggest question however is the use of this card aside from international travel. I wish the JetBlue was 1:1 and I would jump on this 60K offer. Trying to see if it’s worth the app. I love the 3x Travel/Gas and the 2x dining is great as well but I have my Uber card for the 4x.

I still have my ty premier I am actually thinking of moving my dining over to that card from my csp/ink cash cards. Its hard to compare travel rewards cards and cash back cards straight up it depends on what you what you value more.

Int'l business - Asia miles, Flying Blue & Virgin Atlantic.
Domestic - Jet Blue.

TY points have transfer bonuses run (10% to 30%) often. They had 1,000 TYP to 800 Jet blue points run a few months back.
MR& UR program don't have transfer bonuses running as often. I think.

I just got approved for this card today and I will only use it for travel and gas after meeting SUB. I have better cards for non category expenses and dining/entertainment.

Points are worth a flat 1.25 cents for me since I don’t use nor do I plan on using any of their transfer partners.

I’m still undecided on what I will do with the card after the 1st year is up though. It really depends on how much I travel or plan too.

Thanks for the responses guys.

Just trying to weigh whether or not it’s worth it. I can probably get use out of the 1.25 booking through travel with hotels but I would like to maximize for full reward potential with airline transfers. My only issue I’m seeing in my research is it’s primarily international travel. The 1:8 ratio to JetBlue isn’t horrible but would be nice if they had at least one domestic 1:1 transfer. My main travel is domestically and to the Caribbean. I’ll probably be heading out to Europe next summer so maybe there would be some pluses to getting the card.

Got it.. it seems like some strategy needs to be involved to find the best flight for domestic. I’m really not too sure this card would be best for me. I guess the 1.25 redeeming through the portal can be beneficial but may not be worth it.

I’m really just looking for a Travel card to pair with main daily of the Uber card. I’m going to PC my Venture soon which is now a waste after the SUB and AF kicking in.

I’m contemplating the Marriott Rewards Premier Plus as well since I do stay at them a decent amount and still get the ability to transfer to domestic partners like United. I like the 2x back on all other purchases. Even with an AF the free 35k night is more than worth it.

A SUB worth 750 minimum can go a long ways though. I knew going into the application I wasn’t going to bother with their transfer partners. Not to mention, I’ll rather not jump through hoops to get the best value out of my points.

Im perfectly fine with getting 3.75% back on travel given how I will use the points.

When you book airfare through an online travel agency (OTA such as a portal, Expedia, etc.), you are generally eligible to earn miles as well as elite qualifying miles, segments, and dollars.

I am not aware of any hotel loyalty programs where you earn elite credit or points when booking through an OTA. (That’s why with the 4th night free feature of Citi Prestige it’s better to book through the concierge rather than through the portal.) Individual hotels will ultimately make the decision as to whether elite benefits are given to members booking through an OTA, but they are certainly not required to.
