Has anyone know about Commerce Bank?

Commerce Bank has been sending me pre-qualified offers weekly for months. The last mailing was a pre-approved offer for a Commerce Bank Rewards Visa. 15 mo 0% interest and 17.99% thereafter.

3% Cash Back on wireless providers; 2% on gas and restaurants; 1% everything else.

I know there are better reward cards but I am curious that since there is a specific interest rate if this is firm offer?

They pulled EQ for me. So far, so good. I just got the card last month. They issue a lot of different CCs and those particular cards all give the same rewards. They give nice SLs in my limited experience and from what I've seen them give others.

I've also seen several members app after receiving those offers. The couple of people that posted were approved.

Echoing @Gmood1's comment, most of these pre-approved (not preselected or general "invitations" to apply) are pretty much solid unless anything changed with your overall profile from the time they SP'd your CRs.

I received a pre-approved offer from them several years ago and was approved (not instant - entire process took ~1 week). They pulled TU for mine (YEMV).

I'm considering their Charity Charge as a possibility for when I start looking for new cards again next year, though it's down below Navy in the priority list. I've not gotten a pre-approval/pre-selection from them to date (and I don't think they do it online), but we'll see what happens after a few more months of gardening.

Correct, Commerce Bank doesn't have any online pre-qualification tool.

I accepted a pre approved offer last year it was instant approval pulled TU.

Commerce came at he hard over the Summer and I resisted for a while before finally letting curiosity get the better of me. Approval wasn't instant and was a rather paltry $1000 which was disappointing when considering my scores were 720-730 at the time. My AAoA was less than a year though so maybe that caused them to be conservative with me. When i asked about a CLI I was told that their process involves submitting another app and if approved that limit is added to your existing account so that would lead one to assume that a HP is almost guaranteed.

All I know is DW is getting 2 - 3 pieces of compost from them weekly for the last couple of months. She even got 2 on the same day last week.
