Chase Slate Disappears?

I've had a Chase Slate since 2015 and just used/made a payment this past May. I logged in to my online banking recently and it wasn't there anymore. I called, no one can pull up any info on it. I went in person, same thing. They all say it must have been purged from the system and instructed me to fax a request to get info on what happened.

I'm waiting to hear back, but in the meantime curious if anyone has ever had this happen? I'm pretty bummed because I'm sure it will effect my FICO given it's going to change my credit-to-debt ratio and lower the overall credit I have.

Go buy a pack of gum/something and see if the card is accepted.

And when the charge posts from the gum purchase, perhaps the card will reappear on your login.

Try checking your credit report to see if its still showing up there, too. (And to make sure it doesn't say "Closed by Creditor").
