Out of the 4 listed - BoA will probably be the easiest one to get. As others have mentioned - if you're looking to get cards just for the SUB, I would think twice because sooner or later, the hammer drops and everything you've attempted will be taken away or reduced. Get cards that you can actually see a future with or see yourself using. Don't get them just because you can. It never works out well in that case. From looking at your sig - IMHO - most of your cards are from 2017/2018. I would be conservative and not apply for anything for a few months. But it is upto you.

Good luck.

Opened 3 cards in April, 2 in July, and am thinking about opening a couple more in the next couple months after reaching the Minimum Spend to receive the SUB on the new cards I have.

I already have Amex cards and am prequalified for all their cards except the 3 charge cards. If I go this route, it'd be a soft pull and I'd probably go for either SPG or Delta for the 70K bonus.

I don't have any accounts with Citi, WF, US Bank, or BoA. Which one is most open to someone like me whose opened accounts recently? I'm prequalified with US Bank, but not with the other 3 (at least not that I know of). I've been denied by Citi a couple times in the past, but have no experience with any of the other banks.

OP—I’ve re-read your post a few times and it seems as though you want churning advice/suggestions. Perhaps repost with that in the title and people with churning experience will respond. Otherwise, see the two responses prior to this one and see if you can provide further clarification.

They all do, actually.

I still use most of the cards I have and do not intend to close any cards that I open. US Bank's Cash+ and Altitude Reserve really interest me (though I'm still not sure if the CSR and Altitude overlap too much). WF's Propel and Visa Signature combination also interest me. Amex's MR cards seem like a good backup in case Chase's cards lose value, while the SPG and Delta programs are ones I've considered joining for a while. Citibank's TYP program has also intrigued me for a long time, so with the current SUB on the TY Premier, I figured maybe it was good timing. I also just received BoA's Alaska Airlines invitation and that's another card I've considered for a while.

So to sum it up, the issue is more of which I should go for first rather than which one to go for period. I understand waiting a few months as well, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to give it a shot, if any of the aforementioned banks aren't too finicky with multiple recent account openings.
