    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have two Synchrony cards - Walmart and Amazon. Whenever I try to register on the Synchrony website or the MySynchrony app, I get the same message saying "There's been an error and we can't process your request." I've been trying for over a week now. Has anyone else had success with the mobile app for Synchrony?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I have Care Credit and Havertey's Furniture.&lt;BR /&gt;I use the Syncrony mobile app all the time.&lt;BR /&gt;I have never had any problem.&lt;BR /&gt;You might try uninstalling the app, then re-installing.&lt;BR /&gt;Not sure about the website, never used it.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There are accounts that can't be managed through their site or mobile app, and will not allow you to register either. You have to go to the individual credit card pages to access your account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Your username and or password may not be correct.&lt;BR /&gt;On the MySynchrony log in page, there is an option to ( Find user name and also Reset password ) options.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You will also need to answer a security question that you set up when you opened your accounts.&lt;BR /&gt;If you haven't set one up, you will need to set one up after you successfully log into your account.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I just tried to log in on my laptop and it worked for me.&lt;BR /&gt;I hope this information helps you !</description>

      <description>Some SYNCB accounts can't be managed thorough mysynchrony.com or their mobile app. I've never been able to register my Lowe's or Amazon accounts. I'm pretty sure you can't do it with Walmart either.&lt;BR /&gt;You have to go to the individual credit card website and access your account there.&lt;BR /&gt;The SYNCB site tells you some private labels cannot be accessed through their site or apps.</description>
