Interesting CareCredit bug / issue

Ran across an interesting CareCredit issue see screen shots.. I used it to give it a bit of use for dog this last sunday for $127 and paid it a few days ago and got debited $127 out of my checking, but see the screen shot.. Wonder if bank error in my favor or they are going to hit my checking account for two more payments although as stated was debited day or two back for the $127.. Thoughts? Call and have it addressed ?

update called and happened to one other person so far as well today.. they are looking into it.. Hopefully my account doesn't get debited two more times for payment since it was a pull (don't go into the whole pull vs. push thing here please). They opened a case as clearly an issue with their system. A specialist is assigned my case, be interesting to see what comes out of this.. I imagine if someone gets overdrawn they being sync. would be responsible for fees as all the same confirmation # on each payment. Bad bug to possibly have for both customer/them.

Great presentation to show that pushing the payment from your bank is preferable to a draw of the payment.

I disagree: Lets compare:

OP did online payment, Computer glitch on lender side:

Result: $127 taking out of bank account, but $381 paid to credit card.

Now suppose OP pushes money from bank account and a similar glitch happens on the bank side.

Result: $127 paid to the credit card, but $381 taking out of bank account.

Which scenario do you prefer?

I'm not claiming that pulling is safer than pushing. Just that computer glitches can cause problems either way.

@Anonymous, thought provoking for sure, but @CreditCuriosity was actually serious about not going into the push vs pull.
