Cap1 5th statement CLI

For those of you who have the Cap 1 platinum, either secured or unsecured, how long did it take after your 5th statement cut for them to give you the auto CLI? My 5th statement was yesterday, but my first one was not a full month, so not sure if it has to be 5 full statements or just the 5th. I'm tempted to press the luv button, but not sure if that would just mess me up.

It comes after the 5th statement has been cut and then posted to your CR. Things may have changed since 2015. I asked for SP CLI's after the 3rd statement and and got CLI's, then got 500 on the Plat and QS1 CS Program. YMMV.

It shows up sometime during the 6th month. Mine usually showed a couple of days after the statement cuts.

Both. I usually see it in the app a few days before I get the email.

Mine appeared after the 6th statement. Since I did not have an amount due the first statement, I actually had to wait another month. On the app a tracker appeared around the 5th statement that said to expect an CLI between Sept 17-Oct 17. My 6th statement cut on the 12th and the CLI appeared on the 13th. Requesting a CLI before then is fine, it's only a soft pull.
