Anyone have an LL Bean Mastercard that is reporting to bureaus?

I had this card through Barclay's, and it was sold to Citi. Since it moved over in June, it hasn't been reporting to bureaus. The Barclay's account reports closed and sold to CBNA.

I'd like it to report as it's one of my older cards and has one of my higher limits. Citi claims they have been reporting but I pulled reports from all three bureaus after they said that and it's nowhere to be found. They submitted a request to re-report, but so far nothing has come of that. I have a Double Cash as well, so I wonder if they're confused and see that reporting and think it's the LL Bean card.

I'm curious if anyone else has this card reporting to bureaus?

Not reporting for me either. I've had three statements.

The script the reps read say that credit scores will be unaffected. For that to happen, the Citi card needs to start reporting and the Barclays card needs to drop off the report entirely.

I called Citi this morning. They say that the card should have reported by now. They're giving it a kick in the butt, and it should allegedly report within three to five days. If I don't see anything by this time next week, I'll call back.

Also, they said that the closed Barclays account wasn't supposed to be reported as closed, that it should have dropped completely, and that the issue is widespread. To fix this, the presence of the account needs to be disputed with each individual bureau. Given that this issue affects many people (around a million, I believe), you'd think there'd be a solution that's more practical than disputing.

That's the first story I got--they requested it to re-report and I waited and got nothing.

Last night I called again and they said "you have no balance, therefore a statement won't cut, therefore it won't report." I hadn't used the card since probably July. I pretty much just use it for LL Bean stuff at this point.

So, I bought a small thing I needed anyway with it, I'll let the statement cut with the charge (closes the 20th) and see.

I don't actually care if the Barclay's account disappears since that's old enough to be helping my age rather than hurting it, but I'd like this to show up since it's one of my higher limits.

I've had statements every month. I've also had charges on the card each month, mainly to show activity on the card. But I've paid to zero before the statements have cut.

I'll make sure not to pay it until I get the statement and I'll see what happens.

I just noticed it hit my Equifax report on 9/8, but the change has not flowed to FICO - I have not recieved any notices in the myfico app. I have not checked the other credit bureaus (I have the Equifax service).

@HeavenOhio: It reported as "L.L.BEAN MASTERCARD/CBNA", and it has the same open date as the Barclay card. It did not report any payment history on the L.L. Bean Mastercard and the Barclay card is still there as closed.

This is the only card I have except for a store card with a 1K limit, so when the Bean card disappeared with the 17,500 limit, my credit rating tanked. It looks like the Equifax credit score has risen a bit, but it is only about half way back to where it was before this mess. Lesson learned - once this settles I will be applying for another credit card and using the Bean card alot less.

I kind of hope the Barclay's account never disappears. It was one of my oldest accounts, so two with that age is an advantage for me. My average age isn't great because I bought a house, new truck, and got three credit cards (to try to separate spending and get better cash back) in the past two years. Score's still in the upper 700s, but I was in the 800s before all that.

As of my statement cutting on the 20th, mine reappeared on reports. It reports the original opening date and the Barclay's account is still there.
