How Long Did You Go Without Using J. Crew Store CC?

I don't think I have used mine since 2016 and it's still open. Anyone knows how often one should use it to keep the account open?

I typically try to use it throughout the year depending on any relevant promotions, at least once every quarter. The longest mine sat without activity was around ~7 months.

If you value the tradeline to an extent then use it. Unless you are comfortable with Comenity closing it on their own schedule due to prolonged inactivity. So, if you have not used it in 2 years then maybe determine whether you even need it?

I agree with @FinStar. The longest I went was a year of inactivity on my Pottery Barn card. My other card I use at least every other month because I love the card and the rewards lol.

More than 67 years and counting, but I have never had a J Crew card so I can't use it.

@10022016 I have merged your two threads. It is against the ToS at myFICO to post duplicate threads as it creates confusion. These forums receive a lot of traffic and a single post is sufficient to receive responses.

I think my Zales is going on almost a year with no use and they did just increase it. Should use it but this , my last Comenity card, will most likely be first to go once i officially start reducing the hoard
