QS1 showing as Venture One

So I logged into my Cap One app this evening and instead of showing my QS1 with a grey background, it said "Platinum MasterCard" with a deep blue background. It also had a note saying "Your account details last updated Oct 5 12:00 AM". I know my QS1 is technically a platinum MasterCard so I found it odd, but not worrisome.

Well, then I thought to check via the website where it showed exactly the same on the landing page, but when I clicked through it shows as a Venture One. I never asked to PC. Does anyone know why that may have happened?

Say what CapOne? Probably updating website... ghouls or gremlins in the system.

They can't do that... QS is cash back. VenureOne is miles. Right?

Mine says the same thing. It was QS, pc'd from PlatinumMC. Acct home page now says PlatinumMC, "view account" brings up VentureOne. But, clicking "view acct" popup says PlatinumMC with cash rewards info.

btw... I just asked CapOne if I had any PC options last night. CSR said none at this time. But he did say "you mean like Venture?" I said no, still checking for Savor... "nope, not at this time."

System maintenance. It's showing the same blue blocks.

Yea, I think it's system maintenance. My Savor card is showing up as a Venture One. Give it 24-48 hours to change back before calling.

Thanks for that, I too thought I was going mad. My Quicksilver, Quicksilver 1 and Buypower Card are all showing up as VentureOne also.

CapitalOne Upgrade?

Hello, i checked my capitalone QS1 account and I noticed that is no longer QS1, it changed to Venture One. Is that a good news to be excited about or nothing really special? the CL remains the same low $500.
I had the card for 9 months with 3 other secured cards.

It is just system maintenance like everyone else said. I actually over paid my CapOne Plat card by $65.00 (well it is processing right now). I have no idea how that is going to work ... -65.00 balance /hmmm

Mine went to PlatinumMC, blue.. not QS, silver.

Anybody else not back to QS?
