Hi. I have the PNC Cash rewards visa. I just got it last month. My question is this. How do I pay the bill online or through the app without using 1 of my 6 allowed account transfers? You're allowed 6 transfers a month before you get hit with a penalty. This seems a little weird. Is my only option to send a check through the mail? I'd rather not have to do that.

6 transaction limitation is only for savings and MMAs, you mentioned sending in a check, why not just link the checking account as the payment account?

To pay your PNC credit card with your PNC checking account, it's a simple transfer between accounts. It doesn't count towards any transfer maximum.

Do you have a PNC checking account? It sounds like you are trying to pay your PNC credit card from your PNC savings account. The "6 outgoing transfers limit" is a Federal Reserve regulatory requirement that applies only to savings accounts, not to checking accounts. You shouldn't be using your savings account to pay bills. Use your checking account. If you don't have a checking account, call PNC and get one.
