Will the intro APR offer be extended to customers that already have or had the card that they are reapplying for?

Which card or cards are you considering, and have you had each of those cards before, and they are all now closed?

Chase freedom unlimited and amex everyday both accounts are still open but I would like to extend the 0% into another 15 months (intro period).
