Discover Secured 7th Statement Tomorrow

The time has finally come. My 7th statement cuts tomorrow and the days of waiting after that will be brutal.

Currently sitting at a $500 limit, 8.6% util, TU FICO updated today to 643. I’m a little nervous because I went 19 cents over my limit back in May but paid it that same day. Hopefully they still graduate me.

I’ll keep everyone posted.

My 7th statement cut last Tuesday and Friday morning I checked the CLI link. instead of getting the we're sorry message it actually worked!!! It was 2 more days before I got the congrats notice.

FWIW, mine graduated the day my 7th statement cut (in-fact, I checked around 11 the night before and noticed I got a CLI).

@pamon thanks! I was worried about my inquires too lol. I have about 8 on TU but I’ve run a lot through the card over the past 7 months so hopefully they give me something nice.

@aircobra aww you e got me all excited. I’m constantly logging in and checking to see if there are any changes. I’m uber nervous lol.

But my deposit was 2500 so im still happy. Hoping to try for a cli in 90 days

Good luck. I've had my card for 15 months and it still has not been unsecured. Hopefully you will have better luck.

I had mine for 15 statements before it graduated. Granted, I had maxed it out for 2 or 3 months. It went from $200 to $2,500. My TU Fico at time of graduation was 722. Hopefully yours graduates faster than mine.

So good news and bad news everyone. I had my timeline off. It was my 6th statement that cut on the 18th of this month, not my 7th statement. I was kind of bummed but 1 more month can’t kill me.

The good news is that I logged in to check my balance today and my CL jumped from $500 to $2000!!!!! I can’t believe it!! They graduated me early!

TU 643 per ScoreCard with about 4 baddies.

No email about deposit just yet but I’m not worried. Thanks for the encouragement and input from everyone.
