CSP: Purchase Protection vs Extended Warranty Protection?

Hi! I just bought a new phone with my CSP. In terms of protection benefits from the card, which one is actually apply for my new phone if it is damaged and needed to repair? The Purchase Protection provides up to $500 reimbursement per claim within 120 days of purchase, where the Extended Warranty Protection extends one extra year of warranty and up to $10,000 per claim. If I break my phone within 120 days and the repair cost is more than $500, will they reimburse me for the repairing cost?

Check the terms of the original warranty Chase would be extending. It may not include drops, scratches, and such causes.
