Can't PC Quicksilver to Savor One, Please help!

I was planning on applying for Paypal 2% MC and product changing my QS to a Savor One. Before I applied for the Paypal, I decided to call Cap1 and make sure I could PC, but they said I was only eligible to PC into Venture or VentureOne. Is there anything I can do to make this PC happen? I didn't know if maybe I should try PCing to VentureOne and checking to see if I could PC from the VentureOne to the SavorOne?

Sorry but there’s really nothing you can do except periodically call back and check. At capital one for a PC, an “offer” must exist on your account. If not, unfortunately it cannot be done.

Savor/Savor One PCs don't seem to be available yet since the release of the new Savor, I would SD QS for now until it's available.

Earlier in the year I was not able to PC my Venture to the Savor so I just closed the Venture. Tried calling twice with the same result.

Savor PC offers were available until the new cards came out in August. I'd guess that Savor and SavorOne offers will appear in a few months.
