Discover cards

Does Discover issue any co-branded cards or allow others to issue cards under its network? I'm aware that Amex both issues its own and allows others to issue cards, and Visa and Mastercard need no explanation. I don't know if I know anyone in my social circle that even owns a Discover card, and frankly didn't even know Discover was a major network until quite recently. Are there other cards issued as a 'Discover' network card, or have there ever been?

Yes I know of one at least would be true value(hardware store) through comenity being the issuer.. I am pretty sure there are others.

Not quite the same but there are also Discover prepaid cards issued by Metabank. This one is similar to the 5 back visa, that gives 5% at the listed stores.

Synchrony's CarCare can be used for automotive related purchases anywhere Discover is accepted.

Yep, Sam's Club Discover card as well... they are both MasterCard now.

HSBC also used to have a Discover product, but when it transitioned to Capital One it became a MasterCard as well.

A few that I can think of which no longer offer Discover network CCs were Taylor Rental and Grand Rental Station - no surprise...by Comenity.

Besides the True Value Discover CC, as mentioned by @CreditCuriosity, the other one that's still issued under the network is Home & Garden Showplace - earning 3% on H&GS purchases, 2% on gas and 1% anywhere else.
