<DIV>I had submitted with CCCU about 3-4 months ago and was initially declined with a FICO score of 602....however, they told me if I cleaned a few things up to go ahead and resubmit for a likely approval.&nbsp; I did so and resubmitted at the beginning of this month with a score of 651 and was turned down once again.&nbsp; When inquiring about this, they told me since I hadn't had a credit card in quite a while and only acquired&nbsp;Orchard and Capital One within the past year....they would need more recent history to review.&nbsp; I was offered a secured card, but I think I will pass as I know have Hooters, Orchard, SeaMiles, CapOne, and&nbsp;American Express Blue (total CL of almost $5000).....this should be enough to&nbsp;last me a while (with a few CLI during the months to come).&nbsp; Anyone else sense them getting a little tougher in recent months?&nbsp;</DIV>
