Woke up to an email this morning that there was an increase to my Victoria Secret card. When I logged in to check my account, the CL is still the same. Boooo!

Give the system a chance to catch up. If you don't see the change in the next day or two, call in and ask. Or call in right now if you'd like.

OP, I hope for you that this ^ is what it is and it just hasn't updated. If not, that would be kind of strange.

Just an FYI concerning Comenity, went for my SP CLI on my buckle card today and instantly got a hard pull alert. This is the first time this has happened with any of my Comenity cards. Wont be trying for another CLI, but hopefully this is not a new trend for those who do.

I believe there's been a few reports on other sites that point to recent HPs for CLIs, but it's certainly inconclusive whether that's a new overall trend or just some isolated cases.

If the HP CLI trend continues and indeed confirms such universal outcomes then most folks who love Comenity for padding utilization won't be hitting that CLI button so much. Time will tell I suppose.

If they auto increase it’s soft (obv) but the last twos times i called for increase they did HP ( VS and c21 cards)

Just wanted to add DP's for my CLI's.

I requested increases on both Victoria's Secret & Buckle, both immediate approval and both were SP.

Why not setup autopay theough your bank? IMO, pushing payments is better anyway.
