PenFed due date on new cards

Had my power card for a week or so and my platinum awards will be here soon, but the app doesn’t really show a due date for payments yet, any thoughts or guesses?

You don't have a due date because the first statement has not generate Yet, due date is usually about 25 days after the statement date.

It will display a due date after your first statement cuts. You should be able to see your billing cycle / closing date. Your account will upate with a due date and min payment due the day after your closing date. If you've already begun making charges, you can still make a payment before your closing date to control the utilization that will be reported.

Be patient. PenFed will not forget you. Use your card. Get a statement. See your due date.

As others mentioned, the online portal will not update until the first statement closes. However, if you call them, customer service can inform you of your due date and statement close date.

This is what I would do if need be. The worst that can happen is they tell you they aren't certain of those dates yet, but I think they should at a minimum be able to estimate at this point. Or if you know your statement date and wanted to estimate the due date, I can tell you that for mine, the statement always cuts on the 16th and I believe my Due Date if I carried a balance is on the 13th the next month. Never changes.

It never shows my payment due dates on the app. I always have to log into the account on Safari (or any other mobile web browser), or just on my computer.

On the mobile app, if you click on the "Make Payment" button, it will show you the due date.
