    <description>&lt;P&gt;They seem to have upgrade issues frequently.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had planned to wait on my upgrade.....but the minute I saw posts on approved upgrades this past summer, I jumped on it, in fear they would have extended system issues again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just be patient, they will probably be up and running again in a few months.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Nordstrom Card Upgrade Problems</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was initially declined for the upgrade with a CL of $15000 (my cap for the store card). 2 weeks later I received a phone call stating that I was approved for the VISA signature card. I was told the reason that the reason they denied me was due to the card being alerted as&amp;nbsp;a new card (less than 5 months)&amp;nbsp;but the card was, in fact, open for more than 2 years and have grown it to $15000. Moving forward after being approved, I waited for the card to arrive. After waiting for almost a month I decided to reach out to Nordstrom and was told that their upgrading system was down. Even though I had been approved, they would not be honoring upgrades until the end of November. Fast forward to November and still no upgrades being offered. Now I'm told I will need to wait until the beginning of the year. Is anyone else in this same situation? Also, my husband has a cs of 790 but his limit is smaller than mine because he doesn't use his card. He is in the same boat. He's yet to receive his upgrade... My score is 698.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
