Capital One Credit Card Combination denied

Anybody here experience this before?

I have 2 personal Capital One QS cards and I can't seem to combine them.

One of them is over 2 years old with a CL of 17k and has a $0.00 balance.

The other is 1.5 year old with a CL of 11K and also has a $0.00 balance.

Both cards were never a part of any combination and I have never missed a payment.

I also never carried a balance since the initial 0% APR expired but I use both cards every month.

The site gives me the possible reasons below but none of the criteria match my situation.

I tried to call and they coulldn't tell me why, just that their combination system is new and does not have all possible reasons.

There are several factors that determine eligibility. The most common ones are listed below. These factors may not all apply to you. Please note that this is not a complete list and other factors are also considered.

At least one of your cards had missed or late payments in the last 6 months; has a balance over its credit limit; or was charged off in the last 12 months meaning, due to a series of missed payments, the account was closed
The card you intend to close as a part of the combination has been open for less than 6 months
All of your cards have a balance greater than $0 (at least one card must have a $0 balance and no pending transactions)
Secured cards, co-brand cards (e.g., GM, Union Plus) and private label retail cards (e.g., Kohl’s, Neiman Marcus) cannot be combined at this time
Personal cards cannot be combined to create a single credit line greater than $50,000 and small business cards cannot be combined to create a single credit line greater than $100,000

It's something else, as highlighted above, call them..

That's the upgrade link..

I can upgrade my QS to Venture. LOL Don't think that is good for me but it's nice to know I could..

I think OP used the correct combo link via their account because they got the official verbiage..

Yes,

I logged on to my account, went into one of my cards detail page.

Clicked on "More Account Services" then opened the "Request an Account Combination" link
