What's the next move?

I am looking to increase limit. I have two year old Cap one Quicksilver that started very low. It's up to 2k now but the increases have practically stopped. I only get $200 increase every 6 months. Payments are perfect and scores is over 700.

I would suggest checking prequals for Discover and Amex. Get one or both of those if you can. I would also close the Cap One unless you use it a lot of course.

I prefer to stay with Cap one if possible. I like the card I have with 1.5% cashback. However, like I said, the increases have practically stopped. And this is despite perfect payment history, and good scores.

OP - it's best to branch out and look at other cards. You may be stuck in a bucket and those generally don't move much as far as limits go. I would look into Discover/Amex as stated above. Depending on your scores, AAoA, currently limits, income, any baddies, etc. there's many other cards that are much better. Example, 2% CB cards such as Citi DC and Paypal 2%. Also, depending on what your expenses are, certain cards may work better for you.

If a Bank is not treating you for what you desrve, Sock Drawer The Card,

and Find someone that will meet your needs.

in others words, you Have The Power to Move on.

I read tons of success stories on what im suggesting

I also have had that success, I applied a few time for Capitol One, after a couple TRIPLE HP Declines,

I moved on, not worth it!, not knocking the Company or people that hold the cards.

This seems to come up a lot so I thought I'd compile a list. Please comment about any other links with good pre-qualification sites and I'll update it.

US Bank
Discover (After submitting, scroll down to the section giving rates. If it's a single rate or a narrow range (3%) it's potentially a good pre-qualification. If it's a wide range, it's likely just marketing and is not a pre-qualified offer).
AMEX
Chase
Citi
Capital One
Merrick
Home Depot
