Unfortunately, no.

PCs are typically possible only between their core CCs.

I'm curious as to the appeal of the Best Buy card. DC is hard to beat for electronics...

2% cash

Easy-to-manage price protection

Strong extended warranty

Just to clarify, CBNA retail cards like Best Buy, Shell, Home Depot, etc. (in other words, Citi-backed cards that are not actually listed on the Citi website) cannot be product changed to regular Citi bank cards or to other brands of retail cards (or vice versa as the OP asks). However, most Citi bank cards (including cobranded cards) have the most generous PC policy that I have seen anywhere. Simplicity is an exception that I can immediately think of, but something like a Diamond Preferred has like 20 PC options, everything from Double Cash to AAdvantage Executive to cards that you can no longer actually apply for like Dividend.

Double Cash should have tons of PC flexibility, just not to a retail division card.

The Best Buy is a cobranded card so most likely not. My question is: why would you want to? Obviously I don’t know you or your spending, but it seems like the DC would be a better and more valuable card.

Anyway...if you want the Best Buy, go for it! You’ll get a SUB!

Good luck!
