I would reach out to their customer service with the situation that you want to take the most of you're membership, and you need better cards that suit you're individual needs. There is circumstances where they can move you to a different program. AMEX has been known to move around a bit with their rules to suit the individual needs .

I’m looking for opinions on how to best continue my relationship with Amex. I currently have the American Express Clear card, with a $10K limit, and the SPG card with a $30K limit. I am worried that Amex will start lowering my limits because both cards have become sock draw cards. My SPG was seeing $1K plus a month spend until the merger happened, but I now feel the Star/Marriot points are barely worth .01. As a result, I’ve been using my Chase FU for spend earning less than 2% cash back, which is under $500 a month.

I've had the American Express Clear card since 2007 which I assume I can PC to the Magnet or Blue Cash Everyday. I have the CFU so the Magnet would be redundant. While the BCE would give me 3% on groceries, I already earn 2% back with my Savor or BOA rewards. With Amex requiring $25 redemption increments, it would take me a long time to make use of the extra 1%. I also get equal or better cash back on gas with my Chase Freedom or Amazon card.

Do you think it's worth me PCing the Clear? I can put small chargers on each card monthly, but I don't want my limits lowered. I plan to keep the SPG card because the $95 annual fee is more than offset by the annual free night.

Lastly, I have the targeted offer for the 75,000 bonus miles on the Delta Gold card, plus $50 statement credit. The offer ends 2/20. It’s a really tempting offer, but I don’t fly Delta that often. I would essentially be opening the card for the Sub and then probably never using it after that. Is the sub is worth the additional account?

I appreciate everyone’s’ opinions.

credit line is not real money they lend to you, low uti is not gonna be a problem. Use it every 2 or 3 months for some small transactions and they should be fine.

regarding amex delta gold. If you don't ever fly delta, then there is no points, since the sub will be in delta sky miles. If you can see yourself traveling on it for some trips, then go ahead, you can pc it to a no AF delta blue after one year.

you seems to have a lot of amex cards, maybe its time to diversify a bit.

My own opinion (for what it’s worth) is not to worry about your high credit limit. Those may give you bragging rights, sure, but ultimately, unless you’re carrying a debt load on your cards, it’s not a big deal if they do lower them. You don’t want to spend money on a product just to keep the limit high. All the limit represents is your ability to go into debt, based on how well you’ve paid past debt.

Although Amex employees tended to deviate from official policy that forbade PCs between card families, they have been enforcing this only-PC-within-the-family rule more strictly in the last 2-3 years.

Far anyone unaware, user Pooka89 is a former Amex employee and knows Amex rules better than most here.
