Do I have a shot with approval on Amex gold what are the score range requirements for a Amex gold approval ?

Hard to say. What are your stats? Experian score, existing tradelines, any derogatories (and if so what kind and how old)....

Also, have you checked for preapprovals on the AMEX site?

Experian FICO 690 average age 4 years 2 inq
Last week I had a offer for the delta sky
But now it’s gone

You have any baddies on your report and do how many cards you picked up over the last six months. Have you researched the card to ensure you get enough rewards to offset the $250 AF?

It might be a stretch with such a thin file and zero of your own cards.

That said, charge cards, like the Gold, are sometimes easier to obtain than a credit card.

If you don’t feel like gambling, you might want to just keep an eye on the preapprovals and see what shows up.

balckswizz750 the AF pays me since I buy In supermarkets in over 2k a month
I have 2 AU 3% utilization 35k available clean credit

The problem is those AU accounts don’t help you a ton with approvals if you have zero accounts you have sole responsibility for.

That's a lot of groceries(2k monthly). As the others mentioned you have no other cards on your on. I would check for pre-approvals til one show up.

I would check for preapprovals first. It’s really hard to say. You could PROBABLY get it, but if nothing shows up on prequal, maybe hold off.
