BT cards with good starting CL?

Got two of my Cap1 cards PIF and my Chase Slate will also be PIF in April. So my goals for 2019 are working out as planned but now I want to get a BT card for the balance on my Chase FU card. Waiting to do this between May-July once I see an updated increase in my scores to take a chance at applying for one. Got a few cards picked out but also hoping for a good CL of at least $1500, though I know that starting CLs are out of my control.

Citi Diamond Preferred (0% APR period fits what I need)

BOA Bankamericard

HSBC Gold Mastercard

Any suggestions on any of these cards? I also thought of Citi DC or Simplicity but I've been told that Citi can be stingy with their starting CL.

Think you can get your scores up 10-15 points across the board? Think if you had 630s youd be in a better place even for Discover...

Id say try for Discover in a few months... their prequals are pretty reliable these days..

-J

But I think my scores will go up enough by the summer to where I can take a crack at it. It might already be above 630, but it's been awhile since I checked and updated in on my sig. I'll do a free report soon so I get get a good idea at where I'm at with all three bureaus.
