      <description>&lt;P&gt;Target and Walmart are definitely not considered department stores, and anything that is specifically a clothing store (H&amp;amp;M, Forever 21) is likely excluded too and instead part of US Bank's "clothing store" category.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
