At the moment&amp;nbsp;I a freshman in a community college.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everything does get paid in full and have got any late fees (nor when Cap. 1 copied a history of 3 years to me)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Prequals&amp;nbsp;on some sites, it claims you have to be 21 which is &lt;STRONG&gt;annoying&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Try Citi double cash 2% cash back on everything no AF I got approved at 600 ex and eq and had a collection account at the time but I also had a pre approval letter in the mail worth a shot though</description>

It's due to CARD act.&amp;nbsp; I think you have plenty of credit for your age. You have not mentioned employment,&amp;nbsp; I'm assuming you have very little&amp;nbsp;to no income of your own at 18.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think you're trying to rush at this point.&amp;nbsp; It doesn't work like that. Save yourself some frustration and let this go for a while.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What do you want cashback on or do you want a flat rate cash back? I might just say go for Citi Double Cash or an unlimited 1.5% cash back like Chase Freedom Unlimited.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
