If you get a definite answer I'd like to know also. I too have the link on the left to request CLI. I'd like to request one but not interested enough to sustain another hard pull to do it. Well my DW would have to do it since it's her account but I'm an AU. She really doesn't need any more inquiries for a while either. Hope you find the answer soon.

Was soft and instant for me back about 6 months ago.

It's been a soft (and instant as well) every time for both DW and I.

The language they use before you do the second click is a little scary though.

If you call they'll be able to tell you if you can get a CLI and they let you know if they need to do a hard pull.

I got a CLI from them last month, it was a soft pull.

I clicked it back in January. It was instant approval and a soft. They doubled my limit to 4K from 2K.

I'm going to click it again on June 15.
