      <title>Victoria Secret Card Replacement “Unable to process”</title>

      <description>We have a puppy who somehow has gotten my wallet and chewed up every single card I have. Requested replacements all online but had to call in to VS to request a replacement card. After a few minutes the rep said she was unable to process this request and a supervisor would be calling me back or I’d get a reason in the mail in 7-10 days. I’ve had this card for awhile $500 limit used twice for maybe $200 total and it’s PIF. Does this mean it’s going to be cancelled by them? I’ve seen where they’ve lowered the CL on some users. If it’s cancelled it’s not a big deal I just use it mainly for the wife or Bath and Body works. Just wondering if they’ve done this to anyone else for this reason. BTW my credit is the best it’s ever been EQ 643 TU 712 EX 699 only 1 Med bill on EX for $188 that’s always been there no other late payments on any tradeline and my CU is around 18% reporting. So I wouldn’t think it’s because of my credit.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It’s not like a new application, so saying you’ll get a “reason” sounds strange. Is it possible the card has been closed for any reason? If not, I would just call again until you get someone who can help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
