There's really no set timetable for a CLI.

Best recommendations that some folks have followed is using the card frequently with moderate $, letting a balance report/PIF, and updating your income monthly.

Congratulations! I love my target card. I used it consistently with low to moderate spending, always PIF, and got no CLI love until last winter when I bought a LOT of presents at target and got close to my credit limit with my spending. Then voila! CLI!

This has been my fastest growing cc. I got a $500 or $800 SL in 11/2016 and it's being upgraded to a MC next month and has a $5k limit. Just got a $2,800 CLI in June. Treat it right, they'll treat you right. Use and PIF, you'll be golden.
