    <description>&lt;P&gt;Evening All &lt;img id="smileywink" class="emoticon emoticon-smileywink" src="https://ficoforums.myfico.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif" alt="Smiley Wink" title="Smiley Wink" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was just in my Chase page, making a payment on my FU when i noticed a banner at the top of the page - it told me, You are approved for a Sapphire Preferred with a $13,000 limit - I have never seen this before?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have always thought that it would be a fabulous idea to allow people to app with a soft pull first - and then come back to them with what their offer would be if they decided to pull the trigger - THEN do a HP, It would get stop people being disappointed with a "YES" - but then a crappy limit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe Chase has done this for a while - just first time that I have seen it (I didn't go for it btw lol) &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
