I almost always RIF in this account but this month I carried a balance, I noticed that when you carry a balance once an year (not every month) and have a good relationship they send you offers!! I did the same last year and they offered me 9.99% APR for 12 months

They always check my account around June and July looks like

Havent seen Amex do one of those for awhile.. They use to hand those out like candy and could do several a month, but in last year or two they basically went bye bye.. Congrats on getting on, maybe they are coming back, we could only hope.

Thanks, think I'm gonna ask for one on my business card too. Consider using it more now my BT on it is paid off, but it does have a higher apr and I will be carrying some balance soon.
