Credit Card with limited credit history

Hi all,

I just came to the States from Europe 4 months ago. I'm make $90k per year. I opened account with Wells Fargo and get a Secured Credit Card with $500 limit.

My credit history is 3 months and my score form Credit Karma is 677. I have utilization about 3% every month. Of course I dont have FICO score because is to early.

I want to apply for another credit card to build my credit score. I would prefer normal credit card not Secured.

What card should I apply? Is there any credit card thats accept limited credit history?

Wait til you establish a FICO score, then check Discover prequals.

discover can prequal and approve you if you don't have a normal fico score. i was approved for one with just 3 months of history, the limit will be very low if you get one though.

Amex approved me for the gold card without a fico score and only 2 or 3 months of history

Amex can approve you much sooner if you had a relationship with them or an approvable Credit rating from your Origin country that’s in their “reciprocity” list (Most European countries are).
Otherwise wait for a 6 months of reported payment history in your CR then app.

Discover is sort of unpredictable. I’ve seen all the denials here based on no credit history yet they approved all my daughters when they turned 18 with zero credit and just asked for proof of College enrollments.

Discover and Amex are the friendliest to thin profiles for an unsecured CC.
