As long as you did not fill out a form then do not expect a hard. Nearly everyone has the same experience with Citi. Expect the luv button to disappear for about 3 months.

Have had my AT&T Universal Card since 9/2008. Had the love button pop up recently but was hesitant to click it. Finally did and got a CLI from $1600 to $2500. How do I know if this was hard or soft? I have scorewatch and haven't received anything from them.
