      <title>Terrible !!!</title>

      <description>- Approved mid August 2019&lt;BR /&gt;- was ask for Ssa 89 check up end of August&lt;BR /&gt;- all was clear and was able to use my card a couple of times.&lt;BR /&gt;- decided to take an overseas trip, so called Discover for international approval, WHICH WAS Approved!!!&lt;BR /&gt;- During my trip decided to use my card —- GUESS WHAT?????&lt;BR /&gt;- Card was declined !!!!!&lt;BR /&gt;- Call Discover from overseas and was told that my acct is again under REVIEW!!!! Therefore I cannot use it now !!!!!!&lt;BR /&gt;Never got an email, never got a text never got a call !!!!&lt;BR /&gt;It SuCKS !!!!!</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok.....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The same issues could be with any other provider though.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Something triggered the SSA-89 requirement though which is probably moreso where the problem lies with your experience.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
