Kroger(RBS)??

Does anyone know if it will help by already having a Kroger Plus shopping card to get the 123 cc? I hope this doesn't sound stupid but I thought I read this somewhere. I shop at Kroger quite a bit and get the 10cents discount often, and I would love to get 15.

My guess would be probably not because the Kroger Plus shopping card is available to anyone that fills out the application at the store, but the CC is going to be based on your credit, credit score, income, etc like most CC are.

I have this card. They have been good to me so far. When I applied I think my score was around 733EQ and

it was an instant online approval. I live in Texas and they pulled Equifax.

It's been a "hot topic' thread and I got a lot of good info myself from that thread! Lot of good posts about people's experiences, what they have on their CRs etc.

And I'm happy to say I just found out yesterday I was approved for $5K so I'm thrilled! I'm a Krogerite myself so am very happy to increase my savings to 15 cents.....plus this is a pretty good CL for me.

I applied in May after seeing all the positives on here. I had to call in to confirm my address because EQ had it messed up. They issued the card with the 6K limit, and 15.99% APR.

One thing of note, you don't get the 15 cents per gallon savings for the first 30 days. The card has a new Plus code on it, but you can call and link the cards.
