US Bank Product Change?

Anyone have any knowledge about this? US Bank was my first secured card when I started my rebuild awhile ago when my Fico8 was like 590 or so. They graduated it to a non-secured card, but it has no rewards. They got rid of the prequalified checker so I can't just do that - Right now I'm sitting at like 751, 752, 765 on Fico 8, but I'm not sure if they pull Fico 8. I may need to show more use on that card before they'd entertain PCing it - because I use my cash back cards instead of that card because it really has no value anymore. Anyone had success with a PC from a Platinum card to a Cash+ or something similar from US Bank?

Call customer service and ask to see if you have any "offers available"
You can discuss the product change with the CS then.
There may or may not be an HP at the time.

I decided not to PC from Plat to Cash+ because I like the Plat's cell phone insurance, so it's not entirely without bennies, but yah, that Cash+ is nice

A little off the topic but how long did it take for US Bank to graduate you or did you have to request it. I'm coming up on a year with my secured card and I'm just trying to figure out if they will automatically do it or if it has to be requested. Thanks
