US Bank- Move limit from Biz to personal?

I know they will allow limit combination, but what about moving my entire limit from one of my Biz cards I have with them, to my Cash+ which is personal.

I want to move my entire $6K from one of my Biz cards to my Cash+ which currently sits at $5K...I want to combine and make it $11K. Past CLI attempts have all been denied.

I thought I read somewhere most lenders will not let you "mingle" business and personal accounts.
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong as I don't have any business credit accounts.
I guess it wouldn't hurt to call and ask either way.

They told me I couldn't move limit from Cash+ to AR
Granted, neither is business account, but the lady seemed adamant about not being able to move limits

mmm, well, Ill call tomorrow and see what they say. If I can't, then Ill ask to move that limit to my other Biz card see what they say!
If all else fails, Ill just go into the bank and talk to my personal banker, and have him call, LOL

Heck, USB wouldn't even let me move $2K from one Fred Meyer rewards to another Fred Meyer Rewards that was opended by mistake!

Maybe since they can't HP you for it, they're not interested. lol

I doubt it would work nowadays since in the past they were a little more flexible with CL reallocations between personal CCs, more so when a CLI was approved (similar to Discover). But, biz to personal, no. Your banker may end up with the same answer, but I'm sure you'll call 😁

@FinStar , Actually got around to calling today...the answer is, NO. lol!! Actually, they wont move limits period. Not even biz to biz, or personal to personal. Had to try though..

Also called USAA, and got a NO on account combination as well, but I was told I could close one of the cards, and then ask for a CLI on my other card I wanted a higher line on. I already knew that, lol

I have 3 US Bank cards, totalling CL's of $46k - *I offered* to reduce my lines by $16k - If they would just combine and give me $30k on just one card, - They said that they couldn't do it, ymmv I guess
