      <description>&lt;P&gt;You don't need 3 installment loans, one will suffice. And you need to be more specific. What do you spend your money on? What cards do you have? Do you like cashback or do you want to get into points? It makes no sense to recommend a Quicksilver if you already have a 2% card, as an example.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
