Talbots CLI Question?

Does anyone know if this is a HP or SP for a CLI? They gave me a lousy SCL of 300. If had it for three months. I’ve always paid it off. This card is a Comenity Bank retail card.

It should technically be a SP, but it's not always guaranteed. Most Comenity data points seem to confirm SP.

You may need to wait another month or so to see if it's eligible since you've only had it for 3 months. You can call the automated system and navigate through the prompts to request the CLI if you'd like.

Looks like I received a 100 dollar a auto CLI increase last month. I should have just called in (Luv button is no where to be found online). I tried via the automated phone system, and it asked whether I wanted a HP or SP. Naturally I said heck no to the HP. I did proceed with the SP. I got a decline letter in my online account because it had been too recent for a CLI request since I had had one last month. My account was opened on July of 2019. I will try again in 3 months. Hope this helps anyone else that has a Talbots cc.

A $300 credit limit at Talbots, that's problematic. I've been in there with the DW and you definitely need a higher limit credit card in there.

Lol, you got that right stonedog23! I opened it in the store back on July of 2019 for my wife. My next lowest limit right now is Target at 1k which I opened a month ago. My scores were 40 points lower then (high 600’s now). Her’s where in the low 600’s at the time (we both went through a BK7 back on 12/16). She maxed it out one time right before the statement cut too. 🙄 My scores dropped 5 points just for that. Thankfully she pays it off in full.
