I would use up your credit before doing a BT. It will make life easier.

I did a BT with PNC to pay off one of my mom's credit cards and it literally took PNC two weeks to pay the card off and payment to post.

I've never had a problem with a BT with PNC.

Guyatthebeach

PNC BT Info?

So here's the situation. Spent enough to trigger SUB, 150 statement credit. PIF since no 0% on purchases, account shows 150 credit balance. Made small purchase (50ish) today. And now... I'm wondering if the purchase I made would force immediate accrual of interest on BT check were I to use it this statement cycle?

Wouldnt you just use that statement credit towards that 50ish purchase, leaving you with 100ish credit?. I would use your statement credit before doing any bts.Keep your life sinple

Oops typed in a bit of a hurry. Yes credit will be used first, but there's still the fact that a purchase will be showing in this statement cycle. Will this cause a problem if I use the BT check same statement cycle?
