Highest limit for TD/Target MC ?

Congratulations to everyone who recently received increases!

I am at $11,000 and had noted that there maybe limits of $14,000 and maybe $15,000.
Just curious to know if this card goes Higher?

I dont know but having 11k on this card is like hsving a Chase CSR imo lol. Most people had $300 limits for years and even now most people dont crack $2k. Enjoy it

And a correction, limit is now 13k not 11k (got the increase like a week ago.)

Yes, I am aware from this forum that this limit is pretty up there for TD/Target. I had started at $500.

Still want to query for the max though.

Wow $11,000 limit on a Target MC good job with that card most people as AverageJoesCredit said most people have a $300 limit. Congrats.

I have no idea what the highest limits are for this card. I am currently at $14,500 - way more than I need since I only use it at Target. I started with a $300 limit in 2013 and there it sat for nearly a year and a half. The increases began in 2015 and have come regularly every 6 months.

Got $500 in 2014 and have gotten increased every six months like you but beginning in 2017 when we got the MC upgrade.

They started me at 2k a year after burning them for 2200 in Bk. One of the most exciting approvals I got. I <3 u target!!!! I'll be good to you this time!

I just got bumped to $13,000...been getting 2k increases every 6 months since it converted to a MC.

Not sure what the highest is, but I sure am jealous of some of you. LOL I have had my card since 2002 and it was approved for $1200 3 or 4 lenders ago. When it was upgraded to a Visa card in 2005 (I think it was Target National Bank who had the account that year; MasterCard accounts and conversions didn't start until a few years ago - 2015 or 2016 I believe), they gave me a CLD to $800 and it sat there until 2016 when I started getting CLIs every 6 months in June and December. It's finally up to $10,300 as of June 2019 but last month I didn't get the expected CLI. #notbitter #okaymaybealittle

If K-in-Boston has $10.3 k maybe we can plot this as the 3rd deviation point to calculate the max given that K's other limits are up there...

I'm currently at $13K. Not sure what their ceiling is, but I'll see if I get another CLI in a few months.

@SunriseEarth , thats a nice limt! It has been a year and two months since my last CLI on my Target card (sighs)....I use the monthly as well for a few hundred, and leave a small balance with each statement cut. Ive decided to SD for 6 months, and move on.

Agreed! perfect credit, had this card twice, both closed for inactivity. 500 the first time and 200 the second time lmao

I am at $15k without an increase this past month.

I got the card as a RedCard in 2012 with a limit of $3000 until it was converted to a RedCard MC in 2018, when I had an increase to $7000. Subsequent increases every 6 months (June/December) were for $2000 each time until I hit $15000 in June 2019.

I actually used the card more often than before between July and December 2019.

I only really used the card at Target and as backup to have a MC for foreign travel because of the no FTF (but switched over my REI MC after it became FTF free late 2019).

Not particularly bummed for the lack of CLI. I've been thankful for what I was given, and I really am in a place where I don't need any more anyway.
