Capital One Walmart Card, Venture, QuickSilver

I have 3 Capital One Cards. I was approved for the Walmart MasterCard last week with a 6k limit. I've had a Venture Card ($7500) for 2 years and a QS($6500) for 3 years. I would like to combine one of the cards. Will Capital One combine Walmart card with the Venture or Quicksliver or Venture with Quicksliver?

It is my understanding that Capital One removed the ability to combine accounts as of last year or so. I wish they would bring it back though as I would like to roll my quicksilver limit into my venture card limit.

Even if Cap1 combined, I do not think they would allow the Walmart to be included.
